Testing Week

Strength and conditioning testing just got underway this morning as a conclusion to the summer workout program. Players will test all this week before being given a few days off prior the August 6th report date. Below is the testing schedule for the 6:00 am and 5:00 pm groups:
  • Monday - Bench Press and L-Drill
  • Tuesday - Hang Clean and Pro Shuttle
  • Wednesday - Squat
  • Thursday - Vertical and Standing Long Jump
